Feathered wings that fade into mist

HAS TO BE FULLY SPECTRAL (Feathers and misty part)

Can be mixed with semi-spectral wings, the top row of feathers is solid, the long feathers are spectral and can fade into mist. Please ask if you need clarification on this!
